Unexpected Kernal mode trap while using bluetooth

Hello, i have hp 15 da0077tx and a blue screen error comes up when i connect bluetooth to a device.

After connecting when is use my bluetooth headset for listening, the unexpected kernel mode trap comes up.

I have tried everything like, reinstalling driver from hp,some changes in settings nothing has fixed.

So please help with this.

    It is the device shown below, when you previously re-installed that driver, did you download the recommended version for the support page for your PC?

    Hi KAryaman,

    Your minidump files indicate it is the device driver on the Realtek network card that is causing the system to crash.

    Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Realtek network (WLAN) card device drivers they recommend.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
