This might be a glitch on the headset driver,
You can try to open device manager first by right-clicking the Windows logo and then click device manager.
Next, double-click sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
Next, locate your headset driver then right-click it then click uninstall device.
Next, unplug the headset then restart the system,
After the restart, plug again the headset so Windows can reinstall its drivers.
After that, check if the issue will still persist or not.
