Hello,

This is my alternate Microsoft account. I cannot access my original Microsoft account because wrong digit verification code, I receive a 6-digit single-use code, but when I type the code, it says "Please enter the 7-digit code. The code only contains numbers". I do not remember my password. I also can't reset my account password because of same issue, always getting 6-digit single use code.

I also tried account recovery option, but my request always gets rejected because " Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership."

I also purchased Xbox game pass in 2022 with this account.

This form cant even properly upload screenshots - "File(s) failed to upload."

Is there anything that works properly without giving issues to customer in Microsoft?

There appears to be a problem with the service at the moment. This issue is being reported by multiple users as I am typing this message. You may need to wait this out for a couple of minutes to a few hours.

Microsoft might already be aware and possibly investigating the issue as we speak.
