Ok, let's make sure you do it exactly this way.

On a functioning Windows computer, download the Windows Media Creation tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... Please make sure you download it to the computer, not the USB. Then you need a flash drive that's at least 8GB. It is a flash drive, NOT an external drive with USB wire. Please also make sure there's nothing in the drive.

Then you run the tool you downloaded, and choose that you want to make an installation media tool, and follow the rest of the steps to have it download the Windows installation files into your USB.

Once you have the flash drive made, you can go to your computer's boot option to have it boot from the USB. And then choose Install option > Custom Install. When asked where to install, delete all of the partitions until they merge into one unallocated space, then choose that space and continue.

I used Windows Media Creation tool for the USB, every time i try to reset it gives me this text even though the USB has the files on it and is plugged in . I have tried to boot pc from the USB but then i am just stuck on the command prompt. I have tried to delete the files off the USB and reinstall them multiple times but it does change do anything.

    Hello Partel. This is Emily.

If you cannot reset your computer, it usually means the current image is corrupted. Indeed, a clean install from the ISO will be your best option then.

Do you mind telling me why the USB route doesn't work? Did you create the USB via the Windows Media Creation Tool? What exactly is the issue? Did it not booting up from the USB? Or it hits any error during install? The more information you can provide the better precise answer I can help provide to tackle this issue. Thank you!
