Why do I keep getting the same bad image error?

I had this long persisting issue of a "bad image" warning on almost every app, reinstalling apps didn't work but running a command prompt repair while the error was happening at the same time would fix only one app, I already talked to some people but they stopped responding and I think ur first couple questions are all answered there, here is the link to that.

I don't want to have to restore the whole computer but I'm worried I'm running out of options here.

    Hi Temoneem,

Can you provide more examples or app names which cause the error 0xC0000020?

Meanwhile, please do these two things:

    1. Download Malwarebytes and run a full scan to rule out the possibility of malware.
    2. Clean boot Windows.

If none helps, we can run a ProcMon trace and investigate the issue.
