I am getting the error " C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MF.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or is contains an error." every single time I try to run my PC, I tried to do sfc /scannow and it says that it found corrupt files but was unable to fix them, is there any other way to get the popup off my screen or to fix the problem?

    Hello spenz,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I notice that you have tried using the SFC repair command to resolve this issue, but it doesn't seem to be working.

If it involves lost or damaged system files, I recommend you do a non-destructive repair of the device:

How to: Perform a Repair Upgrade Using the Windows 11 or Windows 10 ISO file
