Certification support - MSID

Question

Hello! I am not able to find my MSID, when following documentation from PearsonVUE I end up redirected to an error page with following link: https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND.
I need to send over the MSID to my manager so that he can book a certification exam for me..

Unfortunately am not looking for the MCID but the MSID

The MS ID is used by Pearson VUE to locate your account, so I'd contact them here.

Hi @Ewelina Horoszkiewicz ,

You can find your MSID as follows:

1. Login to your Microsoft Certification dashboard: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

2. Under Exam providers, select Pearson VUE and then click Go.

3. You will now be redirected to Pearson VUE's site, at the left side click on the arrows to expand your left-hand panel:

4. You should now see your MSID, as follows:

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. Its in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
