I understand that the PC crashed during factory reset;
Check if the hard disk led is blinking, if it is, it means that the process is still running;
If the hard disk led is not flashing, press and hold your PC's Power button for 5 seconds to perform a forced shutdown;
Turn the PC back on and check if the reset is completed or reverted;
