I am running windows 11 on my Acer laptop. every time i use any app that requires audio, after a few minutes i start hearing a cracking noise, i lose audio or i can barely hear the sound. I tried re-installing the audio driver with no success. It doesn't matter where I use the computer audio, USB headset, audio headset, even Bluetooth devices. i can listen to music or any other apps just fine, the problem starts when i do conferencing ( zoom, slack, Vonage, etc...)

Thanks for reaching out! My name is, Zadee. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be glad to help you today.

Let's try to update some of its drivers, Jhovanny. Can you upload this info here, please?

-On your keyboard, press Win + R

    -Type: msinfo32, press enter

-Take a screenshot or copy/paste the System Information, make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, and Product

    -Then upload it here

    Thanks,

Hello Zadee, thank you very much for replying.

An update on the situation, I re-installed windows using the "delete all files" option but it is still the same. i can listen to music or watch videos online but when i start using any app that needs voice streaming ( using mic and headphones), the sound goes crazy. I am pasting the information below and will wait on your advise.
