Dolby access store error

Hi, from long time i cant use dobly acces app im receiving error (screen below), how can i repear that? There is any email where i can demand refound ? i paid for it and cant use it because of this error.

    Hi,

    My name is Cindy. I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. I will do my best to help you with this problem.

    Have you tried checking the Microsoft Store for the program.

    Please click on the Microsoft Store Icon.

    This icon is White and looks like a shopping bag.

    It has four different colored blocks like the Microsoft logo.

    It can be found on the taskbar or in the Start.

    The start icon is on the left side and is four boxes of blue.

    Once in the Microsoft Store, click on the My Library or the Library. This will open all of your apps. You should see the Dolby access. You can click on it to download it to your computer.
