i have a "commandoc" problem

I am try to install the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R, It says internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "commondocs"

    Hi Kelly,

    Open a Command Prompt window and run:

    • reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders"

    and

    • cd /d C:\Users\Public\Documents

    Take a screenshot of the output window and include it in your reply.

    Also, test what happens when you open the Run dialog (Win + R) and type the following command:

    • shell:common documents

    Right-click Start, click CMD.EXE

    Click OK.

    Copy the commands I posted and paste each command into the CMD window and press Enter.

    Maximize the command window and press the Alt + PrintScreen (or Fn + Alt + PrintScreen) key to take a screenshot.

    Paste the screenshot into your reply window.
