Hi Martin,
Try running this command "tasklist /v | clip" from the admin Command Prompt.
Paste the output to Notepad and look at the Window Title column.

Hi all,
Would like to find out what Software/Service etc. is blocking for some seconds to shut down / reboot my PC. Someting with name "t" looks weird to me.
