Mouse Issue - Primary Click keeps resetting - Multiple Devices, Multiple types of Mice

I have multiple Windows 10 devices, and the same problem is happening on all of them, regardless of what kind of mouse I try to use. This is so frustrating!

The Primary Click keeps resetting from Left (default) to Right even when I manually set it through the Settings/Devices/Mouse menu.

I'm currently running the latest version of Windows 10, version 22H2.

This issue is confirmed to be happening on a logitech bluetooth mouse, an Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3 (Rev 2), and an Evoluent Vertical Mouse 4 Left.

Computers include: Microsoft Surface Laptop, and a DigitalStorm Desktop PC.
