Yes, Windows 10 and 11 have those two listed in the App Execution Alias section on a clean install of Windows by default, however, I can find no documentation on why they are listed there by default.

Are these two items in the App execution aliases installed by a 3rd party app ? or are they there by default ? Do all Windows 10 OSes have these two items by default ?
