Hello. I have bought Dell PC recently, and i came with one big problem with it.

My whole PC is lagging, like FPS Is really low, it starts okay, loading everything fine too, but i cannot play any video games cause it's really laggy. And then ive'seen that once i put out my gpu ( nvidia geforce gtx 750ti ) the fps comes to normal as it should be and PC works fine.

Ive tried reinstalling windows, updated all my gpu drivers, the gpu it self is clean aswell.

My pc specs:

GPU - GEFORCE GTX 750ti

PSU - 290W

CPU - Intel core I3 - 4160

1x 4gb and 1x 8gb ram DDR 3

SSD 120gb

HDD 500gb

Cannot find any specific information about this problem, if anyone knows anything, i would be really greatfull.

I would contact Dell as they supplied all the hardware.

Yes, all the hardware is supplied by dell.

Full pc name is OptiPlex 3020 ive updated bios, but everything the same still.

For power ive tried searching for a stronger PSU but i couldnt find any, because my motherboard has only two ports to connect the PSU which needed to be only the original PSU on my pc, and the one ive'found had the same power, so i dont think the problem is in the power.

    Perhaps the card is faulty.

What is the full model number of the PC.

What about the other questions I asked.

Is there enough power to run the card.

    Was it supplied by Dell.

    Have you checked their website.

There is no graphics card in use at all when i remove my nvidia, or i could say there is integdated one only.

And for the connector im using DVI connector from gpu straight to the monitor, but it doesnt matter ir plugged in or not, its all the same, only removing card fixes the problem.

Was all the hardware supplied by Dell, if so have you contacted them about the problem.

Check their website for driver updates, including a bios update.

What graphics are in use when the Nvidia card is removed.

Does the Nvidia card have its own power connector and if so is the power supply capable of supporting it.
