Little news, after playing once again, my pc went to 90° this must be the problem but i already have the best cooling system i can
whea uncorrectable error bsod while playing or using high cpu oriented programs
I've changed my cpu for a much better one few weeks ago and since my pc has started to crash sometimes, only while playing highly grapical games like the last cod or a vr game, but also while doing 3D rendering, i've done multiple stress test for the cpu and gpu but no crash, i suspect it's a ram problem, apparently the file dump can't be put on google drive or any other website, but running the Whocrashed program suggest that the problem might come from the "authenticamd.sys" file
thanks for anything that could help :D

2022-12-21T21:00:49+00:00 None of my drivers needed an update, i updated my bios a week ago already, I don't have the fast startup option and windows is up to date, also the video did nothing either, my gpu is going around 85° while playing those games that crash my pc, might be a heat problem ?

2022-12-21T03:11:52+00:00 Thank you for the response.
Kindly check now this link. Do skip method 3 on the link so you've already done that.
https://appuals.com/authenticamd-sys-bsod-windows/.
If all else fails, perform an in-place upgrade repair so you can reinstall and repair all Windows components without deleting any apps or files. Follow this link for the step-by-step guide.

2022-12-21T03:05:47+00:00 The first step had no error and so restored nothing, after doing the second and third (I had no report for the mem test after the pc restarted itself) it seems that nothing was flaged as wrong, but 15 minutes into a game that often would crash, it crashed again so it didn't work :(

2022-12-21T00:56:58+00:00 Hi, I’m Nicole, an independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I’ll be happy to help you out today.
I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.
Please do these system checking first one by one to isolate the issue.
Report back here the results.
Method 1. Run system file checker.
On Powershell(admin), copy, paste and enter each command below:
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Once done restart the PC and check.
Method 2. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
- Close Task Manager.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Method 3. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there is any issues with RAM.
- Press Windows key + R then type in mdsched.exe hit OK then restart the device.

Nicole
