well, I tried to boot from a bootable media, but I guess it didn't work as it was supposed to.
Anyway, I'm just going to have to recycle it because its bricked. Thanks for the help though.

I guess the only reason why the person in the video was able to regain access to windows is because he actually has an OS on his computer. I looked around a lot to find any solutions, but they only had ones with windows already installed on them.
Maybe if I use one of my blank DVDs to reinstall an older version of windows (example: Windows 8.1), I might be able to fix it. The only way to find out how to boot to it, is to enter a specific command. Do you think there could be any videos on EFI shell 2.40 [5.11] commands? If not, I might have to recycle it.
Its not necessarily corrupted. You can take a look at the following linked video and get a better idea of stuff to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IU09H_gc72c For instance, you'll need to type "exit", etc.
Find things to do and things to try and just maybe get it working. Depends how much you are capable of doing it and what happens.
