This happened probably a week ago and I've been trying different things to fix it and nothing has worked. ive tried using a different gpu and tried booting from a good hard drive that i knew worked. The only thing i dont think ive tried is using different ram which ill will be soon. but im lost and have no idea what to do.

Hi Brian, My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Likely the problem is caused by GPU.

What is your hardware configuration with exact components' models? And try to re-seat GPU with careful contact cleaning.
