Can i ask to open 25 port without subscription?

Hello. Want to open 25 port. Because i followed instructions, but can't create request because have free subscription.
Technical > Virtual Network > Connectivity > Cannot send email (SMTP/Port 25)

Can i ask to open 25 port without subscription?

    Hello @vozglavin-1847,
    Unauthenticated outbound SMTP on port 25 is blocked in Azure.
    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/troubleshoot-outbound-smtp-connectivity

    Check Pay as you Go section for how to remove the restriction or use a service that supports authenticated mail.
