Hi Tyka Wita,

Press Ctrl+Shift+ESC at the same time.

Then click "Run new process" button. Type explorer.exe and press Enter.

That should helped you.

Hi Tyka,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Is this problem only happening in Microsoft Word, or also in other Office applications, are other applications in Windows working correctly?

What version of Microsoft office are you using in Windows, do you pay a subscription to Microsoft 365 or do you have a full one-time payment version of Office?

Thank you for the advice. I haven't tried that way, but I'll remember this the next time I run into this problem again.

My problem is solved now that I force shutdown the laptop, and the screen is back to normal when I turn it on again.

Thank you for the response. I think the reason is not from Word in particular. I think the problems are from my monitor or something else. I also use original Office that installed since I buyed the laptop.

But luckily my problem is solved now that I force shutdown the laptop, and the screen is back to normal when I turn it on again. My data is still intact.
