What do you need help with exactly? It says .NET 4.8 is already installed so you wouldn't need to run the setup again. Have you confirmed it is not installed?

Hello
On Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition
While installing .NET Framework 4.8 Setup
gives error - NET Framework 4.8 or a later update is already installed on this computer
Please help!

Last framework installed was 4.5, and we are trying to install Runtime 4.8 on top of it -

2021-06-10T13:21:13.64+00:00 Did you determine that .NET 4.8 wasn't installed by looking in Add/Remove programs or looking in the registry like the installer will do? Under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUsis the list of installed frameworks. If there is an entry here then the installer will assume .NET 4.8 is installed.Note that CLR v4 is shared across the machine so any app that needs .NET 4.8 will update the machine to 4.8. This is the most common way for machines to be updated.
