There has to be one Administrator account on the PC, so is there another one?
Was your account Administrator before and it's lost Administrator rights?
Changing to Local Account won't do anything, it will still be a Standard and not Admin account.
You should not be able to delete the last remaining Administrator account, there must always be one in Windows. Double check in your remaining account(s) whether it says Administrator in Settings > Accounts > Your Info.
If not you can try these steps to recover an Administrator account:
https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-lost-administrati...
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/lost-administrat...
If those don't work you can try to create a new Admin account, do a Reset or Clean Install from bootable media - which is the only method that doesn't require an Admin password.
It shows in this tutorial how to create bootable media, create a new Admin account from Command prompt in Step 6d, do a Reset (saving nothing so it creates a new account) or do a gold standard Clean Install:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

2023-01-16T08:29:51+00:00 Hello Joel. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.
That's User account control that makes sure the Admin of the PC approves of changes being made by other users or in case someone hacks in from the outside.
You only need to ask the Admin to provide their password to approve it. If you are the owner of the PC then you should be running as Admin. Sign into the Admin account to use it or change your present Standard Account to an Admin account as shown here: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/change-type-use...
If you are the Admin then make sure it's still labeled Admin at Settings >Accounts > Your Info at the top. If so then the account is corrupted if it's asking the Admin for Admin approval and not providing a Yes button instead of a password.,
Test for account corruption by creating a new Local Admin account in Settings > Accounts > Family & Other People > Other, as shown here:
https://www.isumsoft.com/windows-10/3-ways-to-c...
Sign into the new account, test if the problem persists, if not then move your files over,Move your files over via C:\Users.
Apps are installed to all Users so they should be no problem.
You can change the new account to your Microsoft account if desired in Settings > Accounts > Your Info > Sign in with a Microsoft Account Instead.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the detailed results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
