    @Izno good
    Hi,
    Before performing any solution first make sure you have Enough free Disk space to download and install the upgrade.

    Some users have reported the same problem as yours.
    Commonly Windows 10 update stuck at 61% due to incompatibility of Conexant audio driver. Other probable causes can be software conflict, corrupted update components, or faulty and missing system elements.

    Check your pc if you have installed it, uninstall it mostly installed with the headphone software
    If you use headphones then uninstall its driver software and then restart and open update and wait it will install everything, make sure you have not connected any other device except wired mouse, keyboard and monitor.
    Also, it is not just this device Conexant comes with other devices too, check it by yourself in device manager etc. After update you can reinstall those drivers.
    If that doesn't help then uninstall any headphone or external audio driver and only hit and try will help.

    Another method:
    As Windows Update failed, I suggest you try to update Windows, using Microsoft MCT tool.
    Please download it through the link below, when you start it, check to keep your files and programs and check if there are errors in the update.
    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=799445

    Before running it, turn off your anti virus.

    Hope above information can help you.
