I recently bought a new computer with a windows 10 pro 64bit package installed.
When I opened the computer and started using it they offered me a free upgrade to windows 11 and i accepted it
After installing W11, it told me I can't change anything in windows because I don't have an active license.. I have a key that i recently purchased and was used for the installation of my new computer but it doesnt work
I have been on several website, tried a lot of different methods and even used one of the keys provided by windows from this website:

and then i got this error
Please find some pictures attached with my product key and the error i get...
I am totally clueless now on what to do...

I'm very, very sorry for a bad news, but this error code says the activation and possibly installation were made illegally for home user, because was used a method, allowed for corporate environment only (KMS activation). Please ask a seller about your license and its confirmation. And you may be a victim of swindlers unfortunately.
