We have used Microsoft family safety for a long time, and it has worked fine. Recently, we started having an issue where whenever apps and websites were requested the requests appeared in the app and could be approved, but it would not show up as approved on the computer it would not allow access to said apps and websites. Also, once the requests for the websites were sent and approved, it would no longer allow for any more requests to be sent. We have a laptop and the Microsoft family safety works fine, but it does not work on our actual pc.

Recently, many users are complaining about the technical issue in Family Safety. We've submitted this issues to the developers and they are still investigating the cause. I'll update here if there is any progress.
