Microsoft Authenticator can't login.

When I login a Microsoft account on Microsoft Authenticator，it shows I don't hava the google play service installed, I'm sure I hava installed the google play service, I can use the play store normally. It will only show the warning when login accounts ,it doesn't show the warning when scaning the qr code or enter the code manually.
Even worse, the feedback email (ahthappfeedback@microsoft.com) can't work.
I'm not in the sender list of the email address.
Hope somebody can solve this problem,thanks very much.
