incorrect storage configuration

I believe my system has a problem because it is slow and has frequently 100% disk I/O.

My system was damaged by lightning. I removed the only installed hard drive and sent the hardware for repair. The motherboard was replaced and I reinstalled the hard drive. I had difficulties making the system operational (don’t remember details) but I succeeded. I noticed the system operated much slower but I was happy because I lost no data.

I noticed that the restored system has 5 drives; 4 are generic. I believe there is a configuration error but I don’t know how to correct (and I am afraid to cause more problems). I am enclosing relevant information from my system.
