Windows 11 Update - Something Went Wrong

My system got infected by malware recently. I got them removed using Malwarebytes but the windows update is not working and showing the message.

And although Malwarebytes has removed most of the malware/trojan and shows that system is now safe, I still sometimes get this notification from Malwarebytes.

The Windows Update and Delivery Optimization services are missing.

Download wuauserv.reg and DoSvc.reg and apply them.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I don't seem to have the “Update Orchestrator Service” option available

    Right-click Start, and click Run.

    Type services.msc and click OK.

    Double-click “Update Orchestrator Service”

Set its Startup type to “Automatic (Delayed Start)”

Click Start to start the service.
