If you are using Windows 10. Here are some things to try.
Make sure your computer is currently up to date.
Please click on the Win Key + S key at the same time.
Type Update in the search box and update the computer if necessary.

Update the Microsoft Puzzle app.
Please click on the Microsoft Store App and open the page.
Click on the Library or My Library tab.
Find the app in the list.
At the right side click to Get Updates.
