Missing File

C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{0093C20C-273D-4397-B623-515CB8616CB9}v14.22.27821\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64\
the file is missing,

I can't install it if it's missing.

I looked at other supports and found this "Go to check it if these two files exist on your machine:

C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{7B50D081-E670-3B43-A460-0E2CDB5CE984}v14.0.23918\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64\vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi

C:\WINDOWS\Installer\5cc01a73.msi

If they exist, that means it's most likely anti-virus was locking them.

If they don't exist, you need to get the exact same MSI package, find a computer with Visual Studio 2015 with update 2, and copy the MSI to your PC."

Which I don't have. I don't have an MSI to rip-from is there anyway I can get this?

    Hi, Kylie,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Download and install the Microsoft C++ 2019 X64 at this link, then you should be able to proceed with installing the app.

Hi Kylie, download the troubleshooter from the link below. If downloading it with Edge, click the 3 dots next to blocked warning and select Keep.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

Launch the troubleshooter and select you are have trouble uninstalling.

From the list of programs to select from, choose Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 Minimum Runtime

When that completes, exit the troubleshooter, then run it again and select Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 Additional Runtime

When that completes you should be able to proceed with the installation.
