    Hi ToHeDa,

    1

That screenshot indicates you are trying to move the C:Users folder, is that correct?

You cannot move that folder, you will break Windows.

    2

Try this method to move as much of your personal files to the D drive:

    Open Windows File Explorer

In the right hand pane, right click your Documents folder and choose Properties

    Select the Location tab

In the Location box, type D:\Documents then click Apply and Ok (You must specify a folder name, not just the D drive)

When that move completes, do the same for Pictures, Videos, Downloads and Music

Each time, provide a new folder location, for example, Pictures will go to D:\Pictures

    Hi ToHeDa,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

How much free space do you have on your C drive.

    2

What data are you trying to move to the D drive, is that personal files, or software?

    3

Please provide a screenshot or photo of the error you are seeing.
