Duplicate SID for Windows Server 2016

What is the cause if Windows Server running with same local SID and what is the solution to fix on duplicate local SID on Windows Server.
We figure using command PsGetsid, some of the VM on windows server running with same local SID. Impact if we delete the duplicate SID?
- It will Auto generate new SID?
- The applications installed in the Microsoft window server 2016 will be effect or remove?
