recently I deleted the %appdata% and %localappdata% files for discord as it was saying it was corrupted, then I restarted my computer and foolishly opened discord via the shortcut as I was on auto-pilot. This caused a continuous cycle of a diagnosing PC health restart loop. I finally came to the conclusion that reinstalling windows would be my only option after all else failed and so I have since done that and most things work fine. However when I am playing certain games, so far I have only experienced it on Overwatch 2, the game will crash when I'm playing it. I had a similar issue some time last year but this time is slightly different as I am being told that certain apps and features have stopped working when I check reliability history, I have attached the last 5 days of reliability history as this is how long I've had my windows back since I reset it. I am hoping to get help on how to fix this issue for good.

Thank you for the response.
Upon inspecting the Dump file, it points to the crash being connected to ntkrnlmp.exe.
This file is connected to both the GPU and RAM.
Run this system checks first.
Method 1. Run system file checker.
On Powershell(admin), copy, paste and enter each command below:
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Once done restart the PC and check.
Method 2. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Method 3. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there are any issues with RAM.
You can also uninstall the display driver from Device manager.
Right-click the Windows logo on the taskbar then click device manager.
Double-click display adapter to expand it.
Next, right-click your display driver then click uninstall device then restart the system.
You may also need to do hardware troubleshooting but finish first the above suggestion so we can know the next step.
Report back the results here afterward.
Thank you.
