User can't connect printer from print server

Question

Good day,

I have a weird Issue:

(all users and clients mentioned in this question are in the same OUs, so there are no GPO differences, and said user is not an exception in the GPO)

• specific AD user can't connect any printer from our print server ("this app is blocked by your system administrator" while trying to download/install the driver)
• same user cannot connect any printer on a different client (same hardware, same windows version)
• every other user can connect any printer they like from the print sever (we've tried it on 3 different users)

Any ideas? A bit clueless...

Ah, I just edited it out and can't get it back since reading it again it didn't sound anymore like same hardware lol.

Appreciate it, yeah, same hardware, same windows version, same update log... (edited my question to include that, good point generally) :)

Might go with new user creation by tonight, if I can't find anything else. Has to get solved quick :)

If everything really is the same then it should be an anomaly or corruption.

But, the hardware has to literally be all the exact same as different hardware can receive even different Windows updates or have differing issues with updates. If updates were manually handled then it could be missing one it needs due to different hardware. Among all the other things lol.
