Hi,

My computer crashed and since then it has been stuck in an BSOD with an error message of BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO

After that windows tries to repair the problem, but unsuccessfully and it takes me to the recovery environment.

I tried reverting windows updates, system restore and system image recoverey, but nothing works.

On internet i found that I can use this command: sfc /scannow, but I got an error message. I also tried dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions, but I got error 1009

Any help?

Thanks

    Hi tt,

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

Can you run CHKDSK from the WinRE CMD?

    It should be

    chkdsk C: /f

    OR

    chkdsk D: /f

    Depending on the configuration.

Please let me know the output of that, not exact but the result.
