How do I fix a throttle control problem?

I have no throttle control on my thrustmaster TCA Yoke Pack Boeing edition. It is in retard position and I cannot advance it. I've been trying to solve this for the last two weeks.

    I really don't know how to answer that. I've done any number of things but if you were me, what would you do first.

    Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

    For this issue I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the device, although I imagine you are using this with Flight Simulator it is likely there is either an issue with the device itself or how it is configured.
