HoloLens2 does not start.

I tried to do a hard reset using the "Advanced Recovery Companion", but it failed several times.
(Every time it failed, the percentage went up, so I had to try again many times.)
Today, I tried to start over again, but finally, my PC could no longer recognize the HoloLens2 as a device in Device Manager.
It seems that Advanced Recovery Companion cannot recognize the device either.

The state of the hardware is that when I press the volume minus and power buttons at the same time, the five LEDs light up, then the five LEDs blink lightly five times, and then nothing responds. The hologram does not show up either.

Is this reaction a malfunction of the HoloLens2?
