whenever i try to launch Roblox, the version downloaded from the MS store, it will open for a few seconds, then close.

i've restarted my system, uninstalled & reinstalled, updated the program, repaired & reset the program through settings, disabled antivirus, tried WSReset, just about everything that is suggested save for doing a system restore (i cant think of when this issue began) or completely reinstalling windows, which i really would rather not do.

it seems like ive done all i can do, but it simply doesnt work anymore. any help at all is appreciated.

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, since you have done all basic troubleshooting steps we will check the driver if it's causing the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Update Graphics Card driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Display Adapters

    -Look for your Graphics card

    -Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other name of driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Note: Do it on all the display driver

If the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: before doing this make sure to create a restore point: https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/402753...

    5. After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.
