A VERY BIG PROBLEM AFTER MODIFYING CERTAIN THINGS IN REGISTRY EDITOR

I have a very very big problem with my windows 10 laptop. 2 days ago I installed corel draw x3 on my laptop, the next day I turned on the computer again and the windows start button did not work, I realized that the problem with the start button was caused by the corel draw x3 installation, I found a tutorial on the internet to solve this problem link to clip :https://youtu.be/kTlx5cV9rzk (at the end of the clip, problem solving begins) the solution to this problem involves changing certain permissions in the registry editor HKEY_CLASS_ROOT. After I tried the solution from the video clip and restarted the computer, I noticed a much bigger problem:

I can't open any . exe file and most applications like for example the control panel, a certain error message also appears that I didn't remember, when I tried to do sfc/scannow and DISM clean up I got the following message: windows resource protection couldn't perfomrm requed operation, when I tried to do system restore I also got an error message that prevents me from restoring the computer to the state it was in before. I tried all the possible solutions for the inability to restore windows and the inability to start the sfc and DISM commands on the Internet, and none of them helped. Please help me to solve this problem
