I don't think I have a fault with the SSD, but I do think I have a problem with that Windows system file after trying a recovery.

Try to do a a custom Installation of Windows 11:

    Hi Fred,

Here are the screen shots in the bios. I'm not sure, but I can't find the options you suggested.

    Hello Sandino

My name is Fred, I will try to help you.

Do you see the HDD in your bios?

Find the boot priority order, is the internal drive set as the primary boot device?

Check to ensure Secure Boot is enabled and CSM is disabled

Save those settings and restart your PC to see if it boots correctly into Windows

If that doesn't help, you may need to reinstall Windows as recovery may not have worked.

See this reference for Windows 10 that also could work for windows 11: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Let us know if you need more help.

    Best Regards,

    Fred
