Education License lets you schedule meetings for Microsoft (MS) Teams?

I recently created my MS account after a partnership has been made between my university and MS. But I can't find a way to schedule meetings in MS Teams. The option ''Calendar'' doesn't show up to me also.

Because of this, I don't know if the ''Start Meeting'' option available is suited for +20 people. Can more people interact with video and audio in that meeting? Or only the first 20 to login?

    Hi,

You might want to check the meeting policies for Microsoft Teams:

Manage meeting settings in Microsoft Teams
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/MicrosoftTeams/meeting-settings-in-teams

    Also something here might help:

Creating, attending, and running meetings while using Teams for distance learning
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/creating-attending-and-running-meetings-while-using-teams-for-distance-learning-788d730f-2c7e-4761-a059-c9b3fe87adf7

Microsoft Teams meetings support up to 250 concurrent attendees:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/remote-learning-edu#teams-meeting-scenarios

    Best regards,
    Leon

    Hi ArturColito-005,

Does anyone else have the same problem?

As I know, you can schedule Teams meeting with Education plans.

Above all, check if the problemed account is assigned the Exchange online license.

    • Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > Active users > select problemed account > License and Apps: check the license lists.

If no problem with the license, check the Teams app policies in Teams admin center as below:

    • Go to Microsoft Teams admin center > Users > problemed account > Policies > App Permission policies: check if the calendar app is blocked.
    • Go to Microsoft Teams admin center > Users > problemed account > Policies > App setup policies: check if the calendar app is chosen as pinned app.
