Your suggestion didn't resolve my specific issue.
I figured it out though.
Right click on the desktop There is now a new option for "Dell display manger"
Select that then go to Easy Arrange-then settings- uncheck "application window snap"

How do I remove the snap preview from showing up every time I move something around?

To check, press the Windows key + R then type in:
msinfo32
Then hit OK
Let me know the System Model and System Manufacturer you have.

Go to Settings> System > Multitasking
Turn off Snap Windows
