Windows memory diagnostics tool Loop

I got a blue screen saying Xboxgip.sys was the problem. So I found that if you ran a diagnostics test, it would solve the problem. It’s been 6 hours and the memory diagnostic screen keeps repeating itself, I’ve tried to restart. And that’s about it cause that’s all I can do. I am able to reach the Msi bios system but found no hope. Does anyone have an idea on how to escape this genjitsu?

Hi, I’m Nicole, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

First, shut down the computer and follow these steps:

-Press the Power button on your computer to start the computer. When you see the Windows logo during booting, immediately press the Power button again to shut down the computer. Repeat the power-on and power-off operation 3 times. In the third restart, your computer should enter into Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

From the advanced options, you can try to use system restore to use a restore point dated before the issue.

The blue screen cause might be corruption on the Windows operating system or a virus/malware.

Did you install any applications or downloaded any files before the issue started?

Let me know the results back here for further assistance.

    Thank you.
