Game Controllers Crashing

I have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro that I've used for ages. All of a sudden, when I attempt to go into properties in the Game Controllers, the window just disappears. I know the joystick is registering and working because it's listing there but also in the Logitech Game Profiler, I can see it registering button presses. I'm trying to find a solution here to get it to recognize in the game controllers. I've removed it from the device manager, removed it from the registry, restarted multiple times, changed multiple USB ports (powered hub multiple slots, PC front, PC back). Nothing works. Mind you everything on this worked fine yesterday and a few days ago, it's as if it just decided to up and unrecognize itself.

Any thoughts or ideas to try?
