non removable languages

as you can see in the pictures above i only have english us installed yet there is 3 more languages installed. this is a fresh copy of windows 11 installed on a fresh nvme ssd and i got no clue why this keeps happening, i tried those commands to delete all languages except for english but after a restart they come back

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Please try the following methods below.

  1. Please try removing the unwanted keyboard using your method.

Once done, proceed to the procedures below

  1. Open a Microsoft Office program such as Excel or Word

Click File > Options then select Language

Choose Editing Languages, please check if you see the unwanted keyboard. Remove it.

Restart your computer

If does not work, proceed with the method below

  1. Press Start then search Control Panel

Click Region > Administrative tab > Copy settings

Make sure English (United States) is set to all categories under Current User.

On the bottom, Check both options "Welcome screen and system accounts" and "New user accounts"

Click OK

Restart your computer
