Chinese basic typing download stuck and won't continue for several hours

    I understand that your download is stuck for hours now. Sorry to hear that.

    Please try this:

    -Open cmd as admin

    -Type ipconfig /release (Press enter)

    -Type ipconfig /flushdns (Press enter)

    -Type ipconfig /renew (Press enter) (This will stall for a moment.)

    -Type netsh int ip reset (Press enter) (Don’t restart yet.)

    -Type netsh winsock reset (Press enter)

    -Restart computer and try to download it again
