My fiance's dad gave me a work laptop the company he used to work for years ago gave him to keep. But he doesn't know if he can reset the computer due to administrative restrictions so I've been using it on his work profile which I don't have a problem with but under their restrictions I can't activate a firewall through windows security. the operatingsystem is Windows 10 Pro and the computer is an Asus 2 in 1 2015 can somebody please help me with this?? it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Can can format the disk drive, delete everything on it, and then reinstall Windows completely. This eliminates the need to administrator access.

To create installation media for this, please follow these instructions:

    Kind Regards,
