2023-01-06T03:13:37+00:00 Hi, I’m Nicole, I’ll be happy to help you out today.
Try to download this zip file. Unzip the zip file once downloaded on an empty folder then right-click install_all then click run as administrator.
Update me with the results.
Thank you.

2023-01-06T07:25:11+00:00 Hi Nicole, thanks for the answer. Shortly after posting this I realized that maybe if I used the troubleshooter to remove every single version of vc++ it'd work and so I did that. I was able to reinstall every version afterwards with no problems whatsoever. The problematic redist seemed to be vc++ 2019 x64. Because after uninstalling and fixing it using the troubleshooter I was able to complete the installation for vc++ 2022 x64 with no issues and were able to install 2019 right after that.

The zip file that I've shared with you contains vcredist from 2005 to 2022.
Might as well save it for later use.
It's good to hear that the issue has been resolved.
