    Could you try these steps:

    Open the Settings app

    Click on Apps

Select the app that you want to repair.

    Click the Advanced options option.

    Click Reset.

Only when playing the game at random times. Usually between 15-20 mins in. This is the only error message besides a second one telling me to contact Rare Support. This has also happened with other games such as "Rocket Arena" and "Roboquest (Game Preview)"

Ok you mentioned that the game was crashing in your initial query, you are also having issues downloading games as well? Do you receive any other error messages when downloading, if so could you take a screenshot of these?

It is an issue with downloading from the xbox and microsoft store. I have already contacted them and done everything they suggested. They then told me to fix that issue to contact microsoft report.

    Thank you!
