HI, I AM ARIF FROM INDIA AND I AM CURRENTLY USING LENOVO IDEAPD 5i (VERSION -WINDOWS 11) AND I CANNOT SETUP WINDOWS HELLO FACE IT IS SHOWING MY CAMERA IS NOT COMPATIBLE FOR WINDOWS HELLO FACE AND I CHECKED MY DEVICE MANAGER IT IS NOT SHOWING WINDOWS HELLO FACE DEVICE SOFTWARE DRIVER INSTEAD IT IS SHOWING SOME FINGERPRINT DRIVER IN THE BIOMETRICS. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO FIND THE FACE DRIVER IN THE WINBIOPLUGINS,

NO FACEDRIVER FILE IS AVAILABLE^^^^ AS U CAN SEE IN ABOVE PIC

UNDER DRIVER UPDATES I CAN SELECT THE WINDOWS HELLO FACE DRIVER AND I AM UNABLE TO INSTALL AS U CAN SEE IN ABOVE PIC^^^

SO I CANNOT SETUP WINDOS HELLO FACE, SO PLS RLY ASAP.

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

In order to enable Windows hello face recognition feature, your camera should be IR camera, but your laptop camera is not IR depending on the link below:

That is why it said "Your camera is not compatible".
